Join Clare and the Reasons for a special concert on April 25th, 2013 at the BAM Cafe.

This will be a special show, as part of the Crossing Brooklyn Ferry festival. Crossing Brooklyn Ferry is a three-day music and film festival curated by Aaron Dessner and Bryce Dessner of The National. With a title taken from Walt Whitman’s seminal poem “Crossing Brooklyn Ferry,” this genre-spanning event channels the creative expansiveness associated with the literary icon. The inaugural 2012 festival featured bands, singer-songwriters, improvisers, composers, new music ensembles, and filmmakers from all corners of the New York City music scene.

KR-51 comes out today!

July 10th, 2012

KR-51, named after the model of our 1968 east German Schwalbe moped, is finally out in the world. This album, made in Germany, took every cell to make and it is our favorite work thus far. We sure hope you like it, and if you do, tell your friends about it, that’s the best way for things to grow (or just put water on it).
